Here's a report of active patients with no future visits scheduled. It only selects patients that have an assessment in the last 90 days and shows details of the most recent visit. This report will pick patients where there are no schedules at all for that chart number, or the last scheduled visit is on or before the last assessment. The screens used for comparison are the Visits/Assessments and the Schedule screen.
This report is good to run if you enter scheduled visits through the patient's authorization period and you want to find out who is due for a new auth period.
You can find this report in Barnestorm Office > Reports > Patient > 01.60 No Future Visits Scheduled.
Reading The Report
LastSchedV = The date of the last scheduled visit entered. If blank there were no scheduled visits entered.
LastVisit = The date of that patients last visit date.
AssessDesc = The assessment type of the last visit. If the visit was keyed into Barnestorm Office then it will show "Keyed by". If it was a visit from Point of Care then it will show the assessment type.
EmplName = The employee who completed the last visit.
