If you utilize Barnestorm Point of Care, we recommend you ALWAYS build the OASIS from your Visit/Assessment. This eliminates duplicate data entry and ensures that the information matches on the visit/assessment and the OASIS.
To track those OASIS that were not created from an Assessment, go to Reports > OASIS > 13.52 OASIS Not Created From Assessment. This report pulls up all OASIS that 1) were created using the OASIS tab from the Main Menu OR 2) the OASIS was not created at all.
