Depending on the information that needs to be changed, will depend on which option you will use below. NOTE: You will need the appropriate permissions to utilize these screens. Please consult with your administrator or supervisor before any changes are made.
Option 1: Fix Payer / Job Code / Chart Number
Use this screen to update multiple visits as once. You can correct the payer, job code and/or chart number. This will update the Visit Entry, Assessment and Schedules.
Go to Employee Activity > Fix Payer/Job Code/Chart Number. Fix Payer / Job Code / Chart Number
Option 2: Correct Visit Info (This screen was primarily created for agencies who utilize Barnestorm POC to create visit assessments.)
Go to Admin > Correct Visit Info. This screen will allow you to change the patient, program, payer, job code, visit status, employee, and the assessment type of the assessment. The changes you enter on this screen will change the assessment and visit entry accordingly. Correct Visit Info
Option 3: Fix Assessment Visit Date/Time/Employee (This screen was primarily created for agencies who utilize Barnestorm POC to create visit assessments.)
Go to Admin > Fix Assessment. This screen will allow you to change a visit date and/or time; change the employee number; or lock an assessment that is in the Complete status. You will NOT be able to make changes to any visits that are in Locked&Charged status. Fix Assessment Visit Date/Time/Employee
