Check the following:
1. Go to Codes>Security>Global Settings>POC and select 0740. Make sure the setting is set to True.
NOTE: This can ONLY be adjusted in Barnestorm Office. Only employees with the proper security level can make changes here.
2. The Care Plan date must be the same date as the visit/assessment date, to be included on that visit note.
