Bill a Claim with D/C Status Code of 06
UB04 box 17, pt d/c status: it gets an 06 if the claim is a PEP, which can be forced on the Edit PPS Episodes screen. After the RAP is created and before the EOE, there's a button - Bill this episode as a PEP.
