Where Is The QAPI Report?

From the Barnestorm Main Screen, you will need to pull up a Hospice Patient (By first name, last name, or enter the chart number). Once you select that patient, the tab (under the 485 tab) will change from OASIS to Hospice Item Set. Select Hospice Item Set and a separate screen will appear.
