Removing Face-to-Face (F2F) Requirement for One Patient

This applies when there is one specific patient who does not get F2F (who has a payer requiring F2F normally).

Inactivate the OASIS in Barnestorm, which will mark it as removed from the state OASIS collection.
Make the visits no charge.
Check with the payer to ensure they don't have other requirements.
