Do I Complete A Resumption OASIS or SOC OASIS?
When the resumption occurs on or before the 485 thru date, then you continue the current dates and complete a resumption.
When the resumption occurs after the 485 thru date, then that's not a resumption, it's a new start of care. For new SOC, assign a new chart number and be sure to use the Re-Admit function in the Referral screen to pull over all the patient information.
