01.11 Employee Involvement

How to Run the Report

This report will give you the employees who have been involved with each patient, including their first and last visit date and number of visits.  You can pull the information from the Referral > Employee screen or select all employees who visited the patient.

From Barnestorm Office click on Reports > Patient > 01.11 Employee Involvement.

From and Thru dates = Include active patients between the date range.

Program(s), Payer(s), Team(s), Employee(s) = Filter which patients to select.

Payers to Exclude = enter the three digit payer code to exclude.  Use commas to separate multiple payer codes.

Print by Patient Name, Print by Employee, Print by Discipline/Patient, Print by Patient/Discipline = Select the order of the report. Separate Page for Each Employee =  Only works when Print by Employee is selected.

Include Employees Discharged During The Selected Dates = This information comes from the Referral > Employee screen > Discharge Date.  Check this option if you want to include employees that have been discharged during the selected dates.

Include Active Patients Only = Checked will not show patients with a discharge date on the Referral > Payer screen.  Unchecked will show both active and discharged patients.

Use POC Assessments for First/Last Visit dates = Check this if your agency uses the Point of Care system.

Show All Employees Who Visited Each Patient = Checked will show all employees who have visited each patient, even if they are not listed on the Referral.  Unchecked will ONLY show employees that are listed in Referral > Employee screen.  This only shows up for the Print by Patient and Employee options.

Show Employees Schedule for This Week or Next Week = These will ignore the From and Thru dates selected and go based on current date.

How to Read the Report

1st Visit = First visit date for the employee listed.  If the date is blank then the employee listed is on the Referral > Employee screen but has not had any visits entered.

Last Visit = Last visit date for the employee listed.   If the date is blank then the employee listed is on the Referral > Employee screen but has not had any visits entered.

#Vis = Number of visits for the employee, up to the Thru date that is selected.

Employee = The employee who has visited the patient or is listed on the Referral > Employee screen.  If ** precedes the employee name then that employee has been discharged from the Referral > Employee screen or is not listed there at all.
