Key in Overnight or 24 Hour Visits
If you can't key in a visit for overnight or 24-hours, that's because Barnestorm visits need to be keyed according to billing day.
For example, if you have a visit that starts at 5pm on Feb. 24 and goes through to 10am on Feb. 26, you'll need to have 3 visit entries:
1. 02/24 from 5:00pm to 11:59pm
2. 02/25 from 12:00am to 11:59pm*
3. 02/26 from 12:00am to 10:00am
*If you are using units rather than hours, you may have to split this visit up into 2, as well, if there is a maximum number of units per visit. Check the visit after you key it to ensure that you get the correct total units.
