Report of Patient Cert Dates and Number of Days Active (Face to...

For the Face-to-Face meetings, use this printout:

Click the Select Patient button on the Barnestorm main menu.
If you only need the printout for one program (such as Hospice), enter the Program Number (located under where you enter patient name).
On the right side of the screen, note the "Look Back" option, which probably has the number "14" in it. Change the number to "999".
Click the Expiring 485s button, which is above the "Look Back" option.
This will give you a list of patients, their last 485 cert period dates, and the number of days active.
Click the Print button on the upper right.
Click the printer icon on the print preview.
