What information copies over with a readmit?
The patients demographics will copy over from the old chart. You can choose other information you want to copy over.

- Surgery codes
- Medication
- Facility History
- Immunizations
- Schedule
- Aide Care Plans
- Physicians - this includes the Primary Physician, Consulting Doctors, Post Discharge Physician and the Pharmacies
- Contacts
- Emergency Plan
- Advance Directives
- Medical History - box 17, Infections, Medical History and immunizations will always copy forward
- Employees
When completing a Readmit a box will appear asking what information you would like to copy over. Click on each item you wish to copy over. Click on Proceed or Cancel with Re-Admit when finished.
