First Visit Requirements / Start of Care (SOC) Requirements
1. The SOC date is defined as the date of the first chargeable visit.
2. No chargeable visits can be done prior to the SOC date.
3. You may do the OASIS on a visit subsequent to the SOC date as long as it's within 5 days.
