1.From the Barnestorm start screen, select the patient you wish to delete the care coordination note from.
2.Click on the Care Coordination button on the left menu.
3.Select the note that needs to be deleted.
4.From the bottom of screen, select the Delete button
5.A question will pop up, “Are sure you want to delete this note?”, click on Yes if you wish to delete the note.
NOTE: The CCN must not be in LOCKED status, and the user must have appropriate access levels to delete the CCN.
Edit / Delete Rules
Employee access rules will come from Codes > Security > Logins > Access Level.
Access level 1-7 = Will allow employee to edit and delete their own Care Coordination Notes
Access level 8 = Will allow employee to edit other and edit/delete their own Care Coordination Notes
Access level 9 = Will allow employee to edit and delete ANY Care Coordination Note
